North Shore Beach Homeowners Assoc.
  MEETING, APRIL 28TH, 2023
was a well attended meeting however, it seems no one wanted to
take over a spot on the board. Being a board member takes up very little time
and 4 members have been doing this for 20 years.  Please volunteer to run

NORTH SHORE BEACH BUILDING RESTRICTIONS.
It had been widely thought that our building restrictions (Covenant) had lapsed.
It turns out they have not. see attached documents. The 1954 document is still in effect.
Added to in 1967 to be renewed automatically every 20 years!!

Sewage Issue:
  The sewage department has informed us of an issue with the sewage system. It appears that someone is throwing trash and shop towels into the sewage system causing major equipment failure to the lift pumps. If this continues it will increase our sewage bills. So, if you notice someone throwing something into the sewage system that is not standard please report it.
